All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

Defective or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Printful’s official return policy.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized.

All items sold in this store are produced on demand specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or size once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements are only available for defective or incorrect items and are handled according to Printful’s official return policy.


Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at ripl3ymerch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the issue and your order number in your email.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at ripl3ymerch@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and Printful.

If a package is confirmed as lost, a replacement or refund may be issued in accordance with Printful’s policy.


Delivered Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you have a secure delivery location before placing your order.
